Chef Emily Butcher is the Executive Chef and owner of Nola and Bar Accanto in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Raised in the Fraser Valley of British Columbia, her culinary journey began unexpectedly while studying classical piano. A part-time kitchen job ignited her passion for cooking, leading her to pursue formal culinary training and a career in the kitchen.
