In 2025, Canada Beef launched a nationwide search to identify the top Canadian beef dishes served in restaurants. Following nearly a year of competition and hundreds of nominations from diners, a panel of three Chefs selected the winners across multiple provinces. These standout dishes represent the best of Canadian beef cuisine and were honored with a prestigious belt buckle and cash prizes.
